Study flow chart. A total of 140 consecutive cases underwent laparoscopic or robot-assisted gastrectomy. Six cases were excluded because of conversion to open gastrectomy, and 8 cases were excluded for incomplete clinical or pathological data. The remaining 126 cases were divided into two groups: the LG group (n = 110) and the RAG group (n = 16)
