Gastrointestinal endoscopy revealed an elevated tumor on the side of the lesser curvature, from the middle of the gastric body to the cardia. The length of the tumor was approximately 5 cm before chemotherapy (A, B). Computed tomography revealed portal vein tumor thrombus (PVTT) (C). After chemotherapy, the primary gastric lesion flattened and the PVTT shrank (D–F). Arrowheads show PVTT (C, F).
