The interaction between MCM3AP-AS1 and miR-126 showed no significant effect on the expression of each other. The direct interaction between MCM3AP-AS1 and miR-126 was predicted by IntaRNA 2.0 (http://rna.informatik.uni-freiburg.de/IntaRNA/Input.jsp) (A).
