Gray bars represent the medians within the groups. In (B) TAFs for cases DRG2 and DRG3 are plotted on a logarithmic scale. This expansion of the data overlay between groups is further appreciated. Note that assigning regression grade DRG2 to one tumor with a TAF well below the rest was due to a fairly large albeit single remaining vital tumor complex.
