Typical Virtual Touch tissue quantification (VTTQ) images with results. During real-time ultrasonography, a 5 × 5-mm region of interest is placed on the area of interest. When VTTQ is activated, the display is frozen and the calculated VTTQ value is displayed (1a). When VVTQ is unsuccessful, ‘X.XXm/s’ is displayed (1b).
