(A-C) Head CT shows a lesion that appears as a low-density region in the left lateral ventricle trigone that is exerting pressure on the surrounding tissues; the central structure remains visible in the middle of the brain. (D-F) MRI imaging showing low signaling on T1WI and high signaling T2WI and FLAIR imaging showing slightly higher signaling; the lesion was located at the trigone.
