Well-differentiated components and dedifferentiated components with a distinct border (c). Well-differentiated components show well-differentiated lipoma-like liposarcoma with lipoblasts (arrow) (d). Dedifferentiated components are composed of atypical spindle cells in short fascicles, resembling MFH (bottom; left) (e).
