Imaging findings. (a) Mammography showed focal asymmetrical density in the left upper area of the left mediolateral oblique position (arrow). (b) Ultrasonography confirmed the presence of a 21 mm in diameter, lobulated, low- to iso-echoic area with a high echo spot, the border of which was unclear. (c) The ipsilateral axillary lymph nodes were swollen, the largest of which was 32 mm in diameter. (d) A CT scan revealed a low enhanced mass with calcification in the middle of upper area of the left breast (left), and the ipsilateral axillary (middle) and subclavicular lymph nodes (right) were swollen.
