(a) Anteroposterior and (b) lateral maximum intensity projection PET image demonstrates slight heterogeneous FDG uptake in the tumor located in the trapezius muscle (SUV = 4.6). Accumulation of the tracer in the pulmonary metastases was insignificant, and accumulation suggestive of metastasis was not found on the PET-CT scan, with the exception of the trapezius muscle.
