  3. Six patients developed extensive atelectasis (≥ grade 3). Major pleural effusion (grade 3) was observed in seven patients and signs of heart failure (grade 1–2) developed in nine patients. Two patients developed pneumonia, one had empyema, and another patient developed respiratory insufficiency. Cohen’s weighted value κ, indicated a moderate level of agreement between the two radiologists.
