Follow-up imaging after 24 months of a 49-year-old woman who underwent oncoplastic BCS with ADM. The ADM was observed as A a circumscribed high-density mass on mammography and B a heterogeneous echogenic mass with posterior acoustic shadowing. The evaluation of the deep posterior margin of the excision cavity was limited by shadowing. The ADM showed low signal intensity on T2-weighted imaging and no enhancement on contrast-enhanced T1-weighted imaging (C)
