MiR-132-3p knockdown reverses silencing circ_DOCK1-modulated cell proliferation, migration, invasion, and apoptosis in colorectal cancer cell lines. HCT116 and SW480 cells were transfected with si-NC, si-circ_DOCK1, si-circ_DOCK1 + anti-miR-NC, or anti-miR-132-3p. MiR-132-3p expression (a), colony-formation ability (b), cell proliferation (ce), cycle distribution (f and g), CyclinD1 expression (h), migration (i), invasion (j), and apoptosis (k) were detected via qRT-PCR, colony formation assay, EdU staining, MTT, flow cytometry, Western blotting, and transwell analysis in the transfected cells. *P<0.05
