The elevated HIF1A-AS1 levels were directly proportional to HCC prognosis. a The relative expression of HIF1A-AS1 was detected in 50 pairs of HCC specimens (carcinoma group) and corresponding adjacent tissues (adjacent group) by qRT-PCR assay and calculated by the 2-△△CT method. HIF1A-AS1 expression was obviously higher in the carcinoma group than that in the adjacent group. *P < 0.05. b The Kaplan-Meier overall survival curve for HCC patients with high and low HIF1A-AS1 levels.
