Nomogram for preoperative prediction of lymph node metastasis in early gastric cancer. The probability of lymph node metastasis involvement in early gastric cancer is calculated by (1) drawing a line to an axis on each of the following variables: tumor size, macroscopic appearance, histologic differentiation, P53, CA19-9, and CT-reported lymph node status, (2) adding the points of each variable and locate them on the total point line, then (3) obtaining the individual probability of lymph node metastasis by projecting the vertical line from the total point line to the bottom scale of the prediction probability.
