A preoperative MRI scan of the brain on November 18, 2016, showed a solitary mass in the right frontal lobe (a–c). One year later on December 25, 2017, a preoperative MRI scan of the brain showed multiple lesions in the bilateral frontal-parietal lobe (d–f).
