Macroscopic assessment revealed one of the two cystic masses to be an intraductal tubulopapillary neoplasm (ITPN; arrow) and the other an intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm (IPMN; arrowhead) (a, d). Features of the ITPN included neoplastic cells with enlarged nuclei, with the eosinophilic cytoplasm contains little mucus (b, c). In contrast, the IPMN showed neoplastic cells, with obvious mucin in well-developed tubules (e, f)
