KIF18A expression in HCC tissues and adjacent tissues. The comparative method was the same sample that was repeated three times, and the t test was used to analyse the difference between adjacent tissues and tumour tissue. The p value was obtained. The expression level of KIF18A was significantly higher in tumour tissues than in adjacent tissue in 6 HCC cases, and two of them lacked a significant difference. ‘A’ indicates adjacent tissues and ‘T’ indicates tumour tissue.
