Kaplan-Meier curves for overall survival rates of the pathological stage I patients. There were 12 patients in pathological stage I with an interval < 60 days. All 12 patients underwent lobectomy. There were 7 patients in pathological stage I with an interval > 60 days. Six of these patients underwent lobectomy with mediastinal and hilar nodal dissection, and 1 patient received partial resection
