ROC curve analysis of serum factors for predicting malignancy of pulmonary nodules. When serum markers CEA and CYFRA21-1 were used, the AUC was 0.863. When the levels of serum miRNA-21-5p and miRNA-574-5p were used, the AUC was 0.797. When all four serum markers (CEA, CYFRA21-1, mRNA-21-5p, and miRNA-574-5p) were used, the AUC was 0.921
