  1. Incidences of postoperative complications in two groups are listed. No significant difference was found in postoperative fever, pulmonary infection, incision infection, gas passage time, pelvic effusion, and peritoneal irritation signs between the two groups (P > 0.05). Four cases of anastomotic leakage were found in each of the two groups, and no patient required revision surgery
