A 36-year-old male patient with clear cell sarcoma of the palm. MRI showed a mass that spanned the palmar aspect of the hand with iso-intensity on T1- (A) and was highly inhomogeneous on T2-weighted images (B) and involved the volar compartment (deep, superficial digital flexor tendon, and median nerve). The flexor tendons were stripped from the resected tumor tissues (C). The irradiated flexor digitorum profundus muscle was sutured to the opponens pollicis muscle, and skin flap was used for wound closure (D).
