A 3.0 × 3.0-cm mass with enhancement was detected in the gallbladder; however, no lymph node enlargement or distant metastasis was observed. (d) Endoscopic retrograde cholangiography findings. Normal biliary tract without gallbladder filling was observed; however, hemobilia was recognized based on endoscopic nasal biliary drainage observations.
