Macroscopic view of the cut specimen revealed a centrally necrotizing tumor that was 10.7 × 10 cm in size. The patient’s gallbladder (GB) tumor compressed adjacent tissues and organs but did not invade into them (A). RHA, right hepatic artery; RPV, Right portal vein.
