Figure 2b: Higher-power view of the lesion demonstrates the characteristic histologic appearance of littoral cell angioma. The vascular spaces are lined with plump endothelial cells with the appearance of sinus lining, some of which have sloughed into the lumen (hematoxylin-eosin, original magnification 100×).
