Quantitative presentation of the real-time PCR of caspase 3 gene expression in HT 29 cells. The HT 29 colorectal cancer cells were treated with cisplatin and oxaliplatin for 24 hours with or without doxycycline. The caspase 3 gene expression was measured in 2 steps; reverse transcription and real time PCR.
