PBS replacing the primary antibody (A₁) and hybridization with a sense PSCA probe (B₁) showed no background staining. A₂, B₂: a moderately differentiated Pca (Gleason score = 3+3 = 6) with moderate staining (composite score = 6) in all malignant cells; A₂: IHC shows not only cell surface but also apparent cytoplasmic staining of PSCA protein.
