EGFR expression was suppressed by RBM5 overexpression in A549 cells. A549 cells were infected with lentiviral vector LV-RBM5. Three days after infection, the relative EGFR mRNA and protein expression were detected by RT-qPCR and Western blot analysis, respectively. β-actin was used as an internal control.
