Osteosarcoma (OS) cells have differing levels of native resistance to cisplatin (DDP). Human OS lines KH OS, Sa OS, and U-2 OS were treated with increasing concentrations of DDP (0 to 10 μg/mL) for 72 hours. The viabilities indicated on the y axis were determined by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assays and normalized to control.
