Survival curves according to GLI mRNA expression in stage II-IV lung adenocarcinoma patients. Kaplan-Meier analysis was performed on the basis of GLI mRNA expression in all cohorts (n = 102). P values were estimated by log-rank test. Tumors with higher expression (upper 15%) of GLI1 or GLI3 mRNA were associated with poor survival in patients with stage II-IV lung adenocarcinoma.
