Abdominal computed tomography (CT), endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), and histological findings of the second pancreatic cancer. (a) Follow-up CT revealed a dilated distal pancreatic duct with no mass in the remnant pancreas. (b) Follow-up ERP demonstrateed a stricture of the main pancreatic duct in the head of the pancreas and a markedly dilated distal pancreatic duct.
