(A) Computed tomography scan demonstrates nodular and irregular density (arrow) in the medial segment of right middle lobe, with relatively smooth borders and focal dot-like calcifications. (B) Resected lung specimen shows multiple nodules of varying sizes seen both beneath subpleural and within the pulmonary parenchyma. The overall lesion measures 9.0 cm in greatest dimension and is composed of nodules ranging from 0.3 cm to 2.2 cm.
