Blockage of natriuretic peptide receptor-A (NPRA) by sh-RNA suppressed the expression of MMP2 and MMP9. Sh-RNA against NPRA was used to downregulate the expression of NPRA and western blot was used to detect the expression of MMP2 and MMP9.
