(A) Low-power photomicrograph breast epithelial proliferation mainly organized in solid nests and cords, with occasional pseudoglandular aspects (magnification 4x); (B) High-power photomicrograph showing epithelial cells of medium-great size, with altered nucleus-cytoplasm ratio, leptocromatinic nucleus, nucleolus often prominent and large eosinophilic cytoplasm (magnification 40x); the cell showed immunoreactivity for GCDFP-15 (C), CK7 (D) and ER (E) (magnification 40x).
