(A) Preoperative view of an exophytic, well-defined, reddish, smooth, non-tender mass midline over the tongue dorsum measuring 2 × 1.5 cm in diameter. An M-shaped (bifid) tongue tip and tongue-tie were also noted. (B) Four years postoperative the surgical wound was well-healed, with only mild scar formation.
