Three types of cells were noted: large cells having characteristic ‘spermine’ chromatin with filamentous nuclear structure (long arrow); intermediate-sized cells which exhibit a finely granular chromatin with eosinophilic cytoplasm (short arrow) and small lymphocyte-like cells with scanty cytoplasm and a round nucleus (arrow head) (×40).
