KEGG pathway enrichment analysis of DEGs in DDRPLS. Compared to paratumor tissues, DEGs in DDRPLS were significantly enriched in several pathways, such as the ribosome, metabolic, PI3K-Akt signaling, cell adhesion molecules (CAMs), phagosome, and cancer pathways, with the most significant enrichment in the metabolic pathway and the PI3K-Akt signaling pathway.
